Great to meet you!

My name is Celena, and I have a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and LMHC licensed. I studied at William James College, where I received 2 extensive years of clinical experiential practice before graduating in 2023. Most of my work pertains to children and families, with ages ranging from 5-70 years old. I provide individual therapy to children and caregivers, as well as conduct joint family sessions.

My approach to therapy

I work collaboratively with my clients and meet them where they are at. I take a holistic approach by considering all aspects of their life and values with a trauma focused lens. I am also trained in utilizing expressive art therapy to help clients communicate their experiences other than standard "talk therapy."

What you can expect from me

Our first session includes rapport building, collaboration in developing a treatment plan for identified therapeutic goals, and gathering information for a biopsychosocial assessment for holistic treatment.
