Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Celena Heine and I have my PhD in psychology, my LMHC, and I am board certified in neurofeedback. I have been practicing in mental health for the past 9 years and in private practice since 2021. I am experienced in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, depression, and executive function and professional coaching. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilled life takes courage and I am here to support you in that process.

My approach to therapy

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist (CBT) at least as a foundation. I am also very solution-focused and eclectic in bringing in the needs of the client to my therapy approach. The trauma focus I use is Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) and EMDR.

What you can expect from me

I believe in treating all people with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plans to your unique needs. We will set goals of therapy together. Although I am Christian myself, I am accepting of all belief systems.
