Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who sees children, adolescents, and adults. My clinical background includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, trauma/abuse/PTSD, stress management, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ populations. I graduated from Boston College with a Master of Social Work and Trauma Certificate. I have worked in various settings providing school-based services, in-home therapy, clinic/group therapy, and individual outpatient therapy.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic range of evidence-based care modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, there tends to be a variety of questions that need to be covered. However, I try to make this experience as painless and relaxed as possible, creating more of a narrative and road map for our time together. My goal during an individual’s intake and every session following is for them to feel comfortable, validated, and seen.
