Great to meet you!

With over 32 years in behavioral health, I've dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. My experience has taught me that people are more than their struggles or past mistakes. I believe in second chances, personal growth, and meaningful change. I bring compassion, honesty, humor, and a genuine passion for helping people find their way forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. Drawing from my experience in mental health, addiction, trauma, and family systems, along with training in EMDR and Structured Family Recovery (SFR), I help individuals and families recognize unhealthy patterns, strengthen communication, establish boundaries, and create lasting change. I believe in accountability without shame and compassion without enabling.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another. I'll listen, ask questions, and work to understand your concerns, experiences, and goals. You can expect an honest, comfortable conversation without judgment or pressure. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and clearer about the next steps we can take together.
