Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialization in rehabilitation neuropsychology. Over the course of my 30+ year career I have worked with the range of human circumstances supporting people in working through depression, anxiety, developmental and unanticipated life transitions, trauma, grief, acquired disability, aging, and identity issues.

My approach to therapy

My practice specializes in helping people manage transition points in their lives - such points as loss, marriage, divorce, career changes, new parenthood, empty-nest, illness or disability. We navigate these journeys through the conflicting emotions of loss, uncertainty and anticipation by providing trauma and grief therapy to process the past, and mindfulness and CBT strategies to embrace the present, and goal-setting and action planning to build the future.

What you can expect from me

First and foremost you will find a warm and safe space to land. I believe we all have the power within ourselves to proactively guide how we will interact with the challenges and triumphs of this life. In a judgment-free atmosphere we will gently explore what you at your core want in your life, the challenges you face in achieving that. We will formulate a treatment plan based on your values and dreams and proceed to move at a pace comfortable for you in implementing it.
