Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Celeste Keitt, a Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy helping teens and women find hope, healing, and confidence as they navigate life's challenges. I work with adolescents ages 13 and older and women through adulthood who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationship concerns, or major life changes. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a partnership. I take time to get to know you, understand your unique experiences, and help you identify practical steps toward the life you want. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients build coping skills, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and create meaningful change. For those who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling and can incorporate faith into the counseling process. Whether you're facing a current challenge or working through a long-standing struggle, I am committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to get to know you and understand what brings you to counseling. We'll talk about your current concerns, your personal history, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There is no pressure to share everything at once. I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable, supported, and heard.

As part of our conversation, I may use the Miracle Question to help you imagine what life would look like if your current challenges were no longer standing in your way. This can help us identify your goals and what meaningful progress would look like for you. Together, we'll begin creating a plan that builds on your strengths and moves you toward the changes you want to see. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling understood, encouraged, and confident that you don't have to face life's challenges alone.
