As a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for all things wellness, I take a holistic approach to therapy. When working together, you will identify the challenge and walk towards discovering a solution. We will take small steps together, finding your strengths to run towards a bigger goal.

When you're ready, if you feel that we are well-matched teammates to walk towards your goals together, let's get started! Our first session will be conversational, allowing the opportunity for you to share more about yourself, your challenges and your goals, while I listen and create a safe space for you to do so.
