Great to meet you!

Most people who come to me are feeling stuck. You might be navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, or a major life shift and while part of you wants things to change, another part isn’t sure where to start. My role is to help you untangle that stuck feeling, reconnect with your strength, and build the kind of peace and stability you’ve been looking for.

Clients describe me as warm, honest, and deeply supportive. I bring over 30 years of experience working with diverse communities and offer a down-to-earth, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaboration. We’ll take time to explore what’s been weighing you down and begin identifying the patterns that are holding you back. I bring a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens to our work and tailor everything to fit you at your pace, your story, your goals.

Together, we’ll build tools rooted in self-awareness and self-compassion. It’s not about being perfect. It’s about learning to move through life with more clarity, confidence, and control.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about connection. I’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in, what’s felt hard, and what you hope to get out of therapy. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that feels supportive and realistic. You can expect honesty, empathy, and a safe space where your voice matters.
