Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally attuned care. I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions. As a Latina therapist, I’m passionate about supporting immigrants and first- and second-generation clients navigating cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and the stigma that can surround mental health. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I use a personalized approach, drawing from CBT, person-centered, and culturally sensitive approaches to meet your unique needs. I show up with empathy, presence, and care—while also gently challenging you with questions that invite reflection, growth, and new perspectives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions with practical tools and insights that foster their self-awareness and resilience. They'll gain a deeper understanding of their strengths, develop effective coping strategies, and feel more confident in their ability to navigate life's challenges. My approach is collaborative, so clients can also expect a supportive environment where their voices are heard and their goals are prioritized, enabling them to take meaningful steps toward growth and positive change.
