Great to meet you!

My name is Celeste and I'm an LPC in CO. I work I have always wanted to be a person that could have a positive impact on someone’s life. A person they could talk to with no judgment but instead empathize with them in a safe environment. Sometimes all that is needed is someone to actually hear what they are saying. I enjoy working with people to help them learn how to understand feelings and where they come from. To help them to communicate effectively, express themselves fully, and achieve their individual goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and flexible, tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. I draw from evidence-based practices and CBT modalities to help you navigate your journey.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we will get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I will take the time to understand your background, your goals, and any concerns you may have. You might even meet my dog, Gibbs, who often brings a smile to my clients’ faces during telehealth sessions!
