I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I hold a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Utah.I have worked in forensic, school-based, and private practice settings regarding issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addiction, psychosis, autism spectrum related issues, and ADHD. I have experience working with people of a wide range of ages, genders (or no genders), sexualities (or no sexualities), and races.

My approach to therapy

I work from a client-centered, humanistic/transpersonal, queer-affirming, multiculturally humble, and attachment-based/relational framework. I have training in modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also hold a certification in Anti-Discrimination Response Training.

My goal for treatment is to provide an environment safe and brave enough for my client’s to venture on their journey in creating personal goals regarding their mental health alongside my education and knowledge base.
