Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Celeste!

I am passionate about helping people live a happier life- whether that means learning how to better manage anxiety, working through traumas, or developing a kinder inner monologue. I believe in order to make any changes, we must first understand how we got here. That is why I place a big emphasis on insight and help you understand how you got where you are, why it makes sense, and how we can change it.

My approach to therapy

I use EMDR Therapy to help clients process anything that's had a lasting impact on the way they think, feel, and live their life. EMDR Therapy helps the brain to naturally reprocess and integrate things from our past so we are no longer stuck in cycles that are causing us pain.

I also love mixing and matching approaches to best suit your individual needs. I often use psychodynamic theory, which looks at the subconscious and Cognitive Behavioral Theory, which looks at the interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also focus on somatics, or the body. In our work together we will explore the signals your body is sending you and how to regulate them.

What you can expect from me

I believe the most important thing in our time together is that you feel heard, seen, and supported. I view it as an honor to guide a client back to themselves and assist in building a more fulfilling and enjoyable life!
