Let us work together as a team for optimal mental health care and treatment -where your input matters and where solutions can be a reality

My approach to therapy

I use evidence based treatments and

incorporate education and healthy lifestyle choices in my plan of treatment.

I want the client to understand how and why a medication may or may not work- and review alternative measures so that the client has a choice.

I will work collaboratively to include therapist input and utilize past history documentation if available

I pledge to work with my client to gain the most optimal outcome-and treat every client as though they were a family member

What you can expect from me

The first session will be for information gathering and history of current and past issues.

Potential medications will be discussed as well as probable diagnoses- and medication may or may not be prescribed.

We will decide together what plan of treatment will work best for you and education will be provided.

This session may last up to an hour-but will be thorough and there will be time for discussion and questions.
