Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Massachusetts. i have dual licenses in MA and FL. I received my CAGS from Cambridge College and my Master Degree from AMC. I have been practicing for 27 years. I help children, adolescents, young adults and families struggling with eating disorders, grief, adoption trauma and parenting difficulties to become the best versions of themselves and keep working to have their life improve. I also work with one time consults. We all need a safe place to vent, a sounding board or someone to answer some questions. Whether you are looking for ongoing therapy or a one time consult, you are always in the driver ́s seat.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with people who are experiencing changes. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives. It is a privilege to allow me to help walk this process with them. Therapy is about the client and the therapeutic space is about the client. Some of my clients need a venting space, a lively back and forth or to work on skills.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing, we will discuss what your goals for therapy are, I will explain some of the boring “housekeeping” policies and then we will come up with potential treatment goals. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
