I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a decade of experience within my field. Over the years I have devoted my time, energy, and heart to serving those entrusted in my care. It has always been my desire to provide lasting systemic change for my clients. I am accustomed to working with those who have experienced trauma, are multi-stressed, and struggle with depression and/or anxiety, as well as other diagnoses.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I see Individuals, couples and families dealing with a variety of struggles. I mainly utilize psychodynamic but will always change things up according to what the client needs.
