Great to meet you!

Psychology has always been my passion. I am a licensed mental health clinician with 10+ years of experience providing therapeutic services. I have found that I most enjoy providing therapeutic services to adolescents and adults and am knowledgeable in a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse and difficulty adjusting to life changes. Extensive experience working with adult children of alcoholics, woman suffering from PCOS and with those experiencing symptoms related to leaving a previous religious faith.

My approach to therapy

I focus on the clients thought patterns and their connection to behavior and/or moods. Making clients aware of negative thought patterns and challenging those thoughts can facilitate change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on gathering all the information, history and symptoms to best help form our treatment plan/ approach. I do my best to provide a warm, comfortable and safe feeling space for my clients so that they can get the most out of their time in therapy.
