Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy at times, and reaching out for support is a brave and meaningful first step. You may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You may be carrying stress, self-doubt, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or a general sense that something in your life no longer feels aligned. I offer a compassionate, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen self-compassion, and begin creating meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy with me is a partnership. Together, we will explore what you are facing, identify your strengths, and build practical tools to help you move through life with more clarity, confidence, and hope. Vamos a caminar adelante con amor — we will move forward with love.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. I believe healing begins when you feel safe enough to be honest about what you are experiencing without fear of judgment.

I use evidence-based techniques to help clients better understand their emotions, recognize patterns, build coping skills, and create healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. I also believe you already carry strengths within you, and part of our work will be helping you recognize and use those strengths more fully.

Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, low self-worth, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, or emotional overwhelm, I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming conversation focused on getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. You do not need to have the perfect words or know exactly where to begin — we will take it one step at a time. We will talk about what has been feeling difficult, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what support would feel most helpful for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, encouraged, and reminded that you do not have to walk through this alone.

Therapy is a partnership focused on growth, self-compassion, and lasting change. Vamos a caminar adelante con amor.
