Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about guiding clients through tough times and empowering them to thrive. Based out of sunny Los Angeles, I offer statewide telehealth services. My focus is on adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress. Through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I help dial down negative thoughts and arm clients with practical skills for a brighter outlook on life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is different with every client. I frequently use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Supportive Therapy, or Solution-Based Therapy in order to identify issues and work together to achieve my client's goals.

What you can expect from me

I have found that my approach works well with adults, who are struggling with depression, anxiety, past traumas, and life stressors.

My communication style is calm, understanding, and empathetic. I want my clients to feel comfortable and open to discussing any concerns or needs they might have. My goal is to provide a non-judgmental environment for my clients.
