Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, and I’m glad you’re here. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both Minnesota and California, with a Master’s degree from Pennsylvania Western University (formerly Edinboro University). I work with adults in individual, couples, and group settings, and welcome clients from all backgrounds. My goal is to create a compassionate, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood as we begin working toward healing and personal growth together.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity as we explore your experiences. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you build insight, develop practical coping tools, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to begin building a comfortable and trusting connection. We’ll have a relaxed conversation about what has brought you to therapy, the challenges you may be facing, and what you hope to gain from this process. My goal is to ensure you feel supported, understood, and encouraged as we begin creating a path forward together.
