Great to meet you!

Aloha, I'm Celina, and I’m passionate about supporting teenagers, young adults, and families as they navigate life’s many changes and challenges. I understand that these stages of life can bring unique pressures and transitions, and my goal is to provide a space that feels both safe and empowering. My goal is to provide that space where you can explore, grow, and move toward meaningful change. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations, and I’m deeply committed to creating an inclusive and affirming space for all individuals and families.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm yet direct. I believe in meeting each client where they are while also encouraging growth and accountability. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, explore the barriers that may be holding you back, and work collaboratively to help you reach your therapeutic goals.

I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused approaches to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life adjustments. These evidence-based modalities allow us to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create practical strategies for real-life progress.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is all about getting to know you! Who you are, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from this process. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, without judgment or pressure. This time is a space for you to move at your own pace and share only what feels comfortable.

I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and trusting environment where you can feel at ease being yourself. We’ll talk about what’s been happening in your life, explore your goals for therapy, and begin to shape a plan that fits your unique needs. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a sense of how we might work together.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and our first meeting is the first step toward building a relationship that supports your growth, healing, and wellbeing.
