I am a licensed clinician in the state of California practicing in the field of social work for more than 20 yrs. My clinical experience includes helping families plagued by domestic violence, childhood trauma and the negative effects of divorce and custody battles. I have helped those who struggle with depression and anxiety and those being challenged by adjusting to a major life event. I also have facilitated educational groups for new parents.

I offer a Solution-Focused Therapy Approach to address immediate life challenges, setting specific attainable goals and helping you achieve them within a reasonable amount of time.

Through an Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) technique, I can help you improve your interpersonal relationships and communication skills, especially in resolving relationship issues through structured exercises and role-playing during therapy sessions.

You will develop healthier ways to communicate and interact with others.
