Great to meet you!

I'm a neurodivergent therapist who understands that therapy doesn’t have to feel rigid, intimidating, or one-size-fits-all.

I work with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, and offer a supportive, low-pressure space where you can show up as yourself.

My approach is collaborative and practical, with a focus on self-understanding, emotional regulation, relationships, and finding and understanding patterns to identify strategies that actually fit your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, flexible, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation, not an interrogation.

I meet clients where they are and create space for them to process at their own pace, without pressure to perform or have the “right” answers.

I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and helping them better understand their patterns, emotions, relationships, and behaviors.

Together, we focus on practical strategies, self-awareness, and meaningful changes that fit the client’s real life rather than forcing them into a one-size-fits-all approach.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. I won’t expect you to share everything at once or have all the answers.

We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like support with, and what you hope to get from therapy.

My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and understood. We’ll move at your pace, and together we’ll begin identifying patterns, needs, and practical ways to help you feel more confident and supported in your daily life.
