Great to meet you!

My name is Celina Patterson, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing since 2019. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. With extensive experience in school-based settings, I understand the unique pressures students face — from academic stress and family conflict to the emotional weight of simply showing up every day.

As a woman of color, I recognize the significance of representation in therapy. It can greatly enhance the therapeutic relationship, which is often the most powerful catalyst for change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and judgment-free. I meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are a young person trying to make sense of what you are feeling, an adult who has been pushing through for far too long, or an educator who has spent so much time pouring into others that you have forgotten to pour into yourself — there is space for you here.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm engaging environment where they can safely express themselves without shame or judgment. Clients can expect to work on looking deep within themselves to pull from their own internal strengths and resources. A client also should expect to be appropriately challenged. This is an integral part of the therapeutic process that is done with empathy and thoughtfulness.
