Great to meet you!

As a seasoned trauma therapist in private practice, trained in EMDR, I specialize in helping clients navigate the complex and often layered effects of trauma. I draw from a range of evidence-based tools to support deep healing, resilience, and lasting change.

Beyond the therapy room, I am an author, global speaker, and trainer dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their voice and their innate gifts, passions, and sense of purpose. My work bridges clinical expertise with personal transformation, guiding women to move beyond survival and step fully into their strength and calling.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach centers on creating a safe, grounded space where clients can trust the process and move through their healing with stability and support. Together, we work to reduce emotional overwhelm, regulate the nervous system, and strengthen executive functioning so clients can think clearly and respond rather than react.

The goal is not just symptom relief, but deeper understanding. I guide clients in identifying the root causes beneath patterns of numbing, avoidance, or emotional chaos. As healing unfolds, clients build resilience, develop greater ego strength and balance, and begin to rewire their responses to traumatic events or ongoing stressors.

The outcome is a more integrated, empowered self—capable of navigating life with clarity, steadiness, and renewed strength.

What you can expect from me

n our first session, we focus on understanding the essence of your story. You’ll have space to share, in a manageable way, the key experiences that have shaped your path. From there, we’ll collaborate on a treatment plan that reflects your goals, your pace, and what feels right for you.

As our work unfolds, we continue building rapport, trust, and a strong sense of safety. Therapy moves in a clinical direction only as you feel willing and ready. There is no pressure to go faster than your nervous system can tolerate.

Once safety and stability are firmly in place, we gently begin identifying the history of significant events and patterns that may be contributing to your current challenges. This thoughtful process allows us to move toward deeper healing. When appropriate and mutually agreed upon, we may integrate EMDR to help unlock and process unresolved experiences, allowing you to move forward with greater clarity, freedom, and strength.
