In the midst of change, loss, or searching for answers, it is a privilege to work together on this path towards healing. I have been able to work for almost 35 years providing counseling services to individuals, couples, children, and University students, in addition to parent education classes and employment related services. As a bilingual Latina female, working with a LCSW and MDiv, I believe change is possible as we work with intention and seek insight.

My approach does include being affirming, reflective, inquisitive, humorous and direct as we seek to understand where issues have created challenges. Thereafter, we can seek to identify the desired changes and solutions as we identify what different practices will be put into action.

Ideally, each session will provide a safe space to explore and identify a new insight, a new behavior practice, or an opportunity to bring clarity to "stuck" experiences.
