Great to meet you!

You can be self-aware and still feel stuck. If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in your relationships, or disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m a relational therapist who believes that understanding why you respond the way you do is just as important as learning what to do differently. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that may be influencing how you see yourself and navigate the world. I’ll offer a compassionate, honest perspective while making sure you feel respected, understood, and in control of your own process. You don’t have to come to therapy with the right words or have everything figured out you can simply show up as you are, and we’ll start there.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is relational, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling understood, not judged. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, relationships, and experiences that may be shaping how you respond to yourself and others. I’ll help you develop greater awareness while also giving you practical tools to navigate anxiety, emotions, relationships, and life’s challenges. Therapy with me is a space where you can be honest, ask questions, and explore difficult things without shame. My goal is not to tell you who to be, but to help you better understand yourself, trust your own voice, and make choices that feel aligned with who you are and what matters to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re experiencing, what you hope will change, and what you need from the therapeutic relationship. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start—I’ll help guide the conversation while giving you space to share at your own pace. By the end of our first session, we’ll have a clearer understanding of where you’d like to go and begin creating a therapeutic approach that feels meaningful and realistic for you.
