Great to meet you!

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially in times like these when your social and emotional batteries are probably drained. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with adults who are ready to better understand themselves, heal from difficult experiences, and create peace and meaningful change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based therapy to address concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, women’s issue, and relationship challenges such as infidelity. I also provide couples therapy for partners who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, or heal after trust has been broken.

What you can expect from me

I’m deeply committed to the populations I serve and bring both professional training and shared lived experience into the therapy space where we will work collaboratively to move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-trust.
