Great to meet you!

Hello there I am very passionate about helping those that have been disenfranchised, discarded and dismissed by society. Mental health to African American, Black and Brown folks are key to stabilizing a group of people that have historically not been well taken care of by this great country. My passion and philosophy is one that really wants to be a part of the change that makes us healthier and happier.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach that focuses on the person first. I help people traverse the timeline around them and we manage the Past you (trauma), the Present you (drama) and the Future you or Transcendent you (nirvana). Stabilizing you requires you know where you've been, where you are, and where you are going.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a presentation that is challenging and a 'straight shooter'. I do not shy away from help and support and reflecting how the world may view you or how you view the world. The hardest thing about therapy is coming to the realization that some of the most difficult things that happen to us is part of our own doing. This does not make us good or bad it just makes us agents of our own chaos sometimes. Remember the only thing you can control is...you.
