Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Cerise Dossman, LCSW.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. My background includes community mental health and child welfare, where I’ve helped clients navigate complex trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and collaborative. I create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and valued.

For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian-based counseling, integrating biblical principles, faith, and prayer into the therapeutic process. I honor each client’s spiritual journey and incorporate faith in a way that supports healing, restoration, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

You can expect the first session to include an explanation of how I engage client(s) to build rapport. I will also explain the importance to equip you with practical tools and deeper insight so you can experience lasting emotional and spiritual wellness.
