Great to meet you!

Cesar is a licensed clinical social worker with many years of experience helping adults treat issues of anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. He is also a certified alcohol and drug counselor and is a certified EMDR therapist.

My approach to therapy

My goal as a therapist is to offer guidance and support to individuals as they navigate through difficult issues, painful life events and learn to achieve personal growth. My professional training, clinical knowledge, and years of on-the-field experience help me to provide individuals with the tools to have a better quality of life. I incorporate a variety of evidenced based modalities centered around bringing healing to those in need and helping people achieve personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we will take time to identify what the core issues are. It is a delicate balance between learning about what brings you to therapy and gathering pertinent information to help address your primary issues of concern. This will help us better tailor your individual needs and set the foundation for how we will approach therapy. I customize treatment to the needs of my clients through both directive and non-directive approaches in both English and Spanish.
