Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's degree in Child, Marriage, and Family Therapy and 15 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people through some of life's most challenging moments — and some of its most exciting transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic and collaborative, rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused principles, with additional training in EFT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused CBT, among others. I tailor my methods to what works best for you — because no two people, and no two journeys, are exactly alike.

What you can expect from me

I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, parenting, men's issues, ADHD, addiction, postpartum struggles, oppositional defiance, personal growth, career transitions, and life changes. I especially enjoy working with children and teens, helping them build healthy self-esteem and the tools they need to navigate the world with confidence. With adults and couples, my focus is on developing practical skills that genuinely enhance everyday life.

I'm an easygoing, down-to-earth person — my clients often tell me the sessions feel natural and real. My goal is to help you build awareness, identify your existing strengths, and find the resources within yourself to overcome whatever life throws your way.

I look forward to working with you.
