Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Cesar Mardones, I am a LCSW and have been practicing for over 15 years.

I believe in an approach that people are the experts in their own lives, and I am here to help guide them from a professional standpoint.

There are times in everyone’s lives when we could use additional support, and I am happy to provide that support when people need it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize DBT, CBT, and solution-focused as my therapeutic interventions. I do believe that a combination of all styles is the best approach.

I also emphasize the importance that each person is unique, and I want to cater to that uniqueness.
