My role is to support you in overcoming obstacles while celebrating victories and recognizing the beauty in your life story. I believe that every one of us has the capacity to live the life we desire. Doing so require us to address the issues that weigh us down in order to move forward in healthy manner. I also believe that every person's story is unique because we all have specific identities and personalities that shape our experiences. It is my duty to honor that uniqueness in our work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

For those who are interested, I take a Christian faith-based approach. This is not imposed or required, but available to anyone who wants it. Overall, my therapeutic approach is non-judgmental, tailored to your individual needs, and devoted to honoring who you as an individual, couple, or family. No matter what you are going through or how you identify, you are welcome to my services and support. .

What you can expect from our first session

Sessions with me will include attentiveness to your needs, recognition of current strengths, processing of relevant experiences, and working towards the development of skills helpful for your growth. I love to use humor in sessions as well!
