Mental health care should feel human. I’m Chabellys Payares, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a diverse clinical background spanning ICU, emergency care, PACU, and psychiatry. Those experiences taught me to look beyond a diagnosis and understand the person behind it, while my psychiatric training allows me to bring that perspective into personalized, evidence-based care. My goal is simple: to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way.

I specialize in medication management and psychiatric care for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, mood disorders, and stress. My goal is for you to leave each visit feeling heard, supported, and with a clear plan moving forward.
