Great to meet you!

I am a holistic therapist who believes meaningful healing happens through authentic connection, self-awareness, and a compassionate understanding of the experiences that shape us. I was born and raised in Colorado and received my undergraduate education from California State University and Masters of Science from National University in 2019. I bring a trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approach to my work with clients. I specialize in supporting adults navigating childhood trauma and attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, and the process of reconnecting with themselves. My practice also includes specialized support for psychedelic preparation and integration and Colorado’s emerging natural medicine landscape, when appropriate and within my scope of practice. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to explore, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more authentically your own.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, relational, trauma-informed, and integrative. I believe healing happens through a combination of feeling genuinely seen and understood, developing a deeper awareness of ourselves, and creating space to explore the experiences that have shaped who we are. I work collaboratively with clients rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, drawing from evidence-based therapeutic practices while honoring each person’s individual story, values, strengths, and goals.

I have a particular interest in working with adults navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, grief, life transitions, identity and self-worth, and patterns that may no longer serve them. My goal is to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, become more connected to yourself, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to slow down, get to know one another, and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current experiences, your history, what you’re hoping to change or better understand, and what you need from our work together. I’ll create a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace, you don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out before we begin. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals for therapy and begin developing an approach that feels supportive, collaborative, and aligned with where you are in your life. Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the possibility of change.
