Great to meet you!

Life presents us with inevitable stressors and challenges in various forms. The view which we take in interpreting, finding meaning in, and coping with these experiences can be the difference between resiliency and suffering. Let's talk through it. The counseling process may shine a light on how to overcome or manage the stressor or challenge.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a blend of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Existential Counseling, and Mindfulness-based coping strategies. For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide short-term solution-focused counseling or longer-term "deep dives" into your personal human experience. I offer an authentic, respectful, compassionate, and non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere, so that you feel comfortable talking through what you need to live your best life. I'm hopeful that therapy participants take away clarity, empowerment, and greater trust in their own intuition.
