Great to meet you!

Reaching out to someone and asking for help is one of the most challenging things to do, but it is the first major step towards truly blossoming into who you are meant to be. It's a long process, but I'm willing to walk with you through it all if you're willing to let me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to providing therapy. Each individual is mind, body, and soul. Loving and supporting others requires integrating all aspects of life when providing counseling services.

I like engaging in conversation. I like to get to know others, and not just sit silently and listen all the time. That can be helpful at times, but not all the time. I like to affirm clients in challenging them and having discussion on the difficulties they might be facing.

What you can expect from our first session

Who are you? And what is your purpose?

If the people you love, don't know that you love them; then you're doing something wrong.
