Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in practice for 5 years. My work focuses on supporting adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and addiction. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach and narrative practices to help you examine and reshape the stories that may be keeping you stuck. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse array of human experiences and am truly comfortable meeting everyone where they are. I am experienced in supporting LGBTQIA+ communities and always work to understand how our intersecting identities influence our mental health and general well-being.

My approach to therapy

There is no singular or prescriptive approach to emotional wellness or recovery. However, together, we are able to define what works best for you. I believe therapy to be a practical and meaningful tool to build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater self-acceptance.

What you can expect from me

I work to create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore goals and expectations for therapy.
