Great to meet you!

I’ve been working in the human services field for seven years and am passionate about helping motivated clients reach their therapeutic goals. I earned my Master of Social Work from Binghamton University in 2018 and became a licensed clinical social worker in 2024. I’m fully trained in EMDR Therapy and currently pursuing certification through the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).

My approach to therapy

I primarily work from an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) perspective, but I know that each person’s path to healing is unique. That’s why I take an eclectic approach, tailoring therapy to fit your individual needs. In addition to EMDR, I draw from modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and parts work to support your growth in a way that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that clients can begin to approach their concerns with greater kindness and patience toward themselves. Through our work together, I hope that you will feel a deeper sense of inner harmony, clarity, and connection to your own strengths. EMDR therapy can be especially powerful in helping to process past experiences that may be affecting your present, allowing you to move forward with more ease and self-compassion. Ultimately, my goal is to support you in creating meaningful, lasting change—on your terms and at your pace.
