Great to meet you!

As a professional counselor, I get the rare opportunity to be with people as they explore some painful and difficult moments in their lives. I am happy to help and support them while navigating that storm. Whether that is a current crisis, relationship problems, chronic mental health concerns, or a history of traumatic/stressful experiences, I partner with my clients to help them increase understanding and find strategies to meet their goals.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I approach counseling through a few different approaches including solution-oriented, trauma informed care and EMDR.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to leave a session having been heard, with some clear achievable goals, and with some homework to work on between sessions.
