Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Chad. I’m a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, self-doubt, and the search for deeper meaning. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in their own heads—overthinking, second-guessing themselves, or feeling disconnected and unsure of their goals. I enjoy working with people who are in a time of transition or self-discovery—whether that’s around identity, relationships, grief/loss, purpose, or personal growth.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help clients slow down, get curious, and start understanding themselves in a new way. My approach is warm, honest, and grounded in real life. I’ll challenge the stories that hold you back while also helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that are strong, wise, and resilient. My style is inclusive, affirming, and nonjudgmental.

What you can expect from our first session

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready to understand yourself in a deeper way, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you explore what’s next and reconnect with the parts of yourself that are ready to grow.
