Great to meet you!

I am a solution-focused therapist and a great sounding board, who has been in the behavioral and mental health fields for 20 years and practicing therapy for 15 years. Nine of those years was working with recovering addicts but my clients and experiences have been diverse. I'm here to process and help you let go and move on. I am married with five kids, two dogs and a tortoise. I love the outdoors and enjoy coaching and supporting my kids in sports, dance, and music!

My approach to therapy

My passion is helping people help themselves. Seeing true change, transformation, and healing happen is a process and it's something I want to be a part of. My approach is eclectic and I pull from various modalities. I'll will meet you where you are at. I'm very strength based and affirming.

What you can expect from me

The hope I have for you is to let go of the old and to build anew, creating the person that they want to become. We will accomplish this together by building trust and a therapeutic alliance so you can build a new version of you and meet your needs in an adaptive health way. I hope to help you find your drive, inner peace, motivation, self-confidence, and purpose again. You can expect some humor a lot of empathy and a path to inner freedom. I look forward to meeting you and working with you.
