Great to meet you!

I come with over 10 years of experience in the field. My primary specialty has been with addictive behaviors and substance use disorders, though I also have a lot of experience with various mental health disorders. I draw heavily from mindfulness based cognitive therapy, as well as schema therapy. I am passionate about emotional and psychological health in both my personal life and for the well-being of others.

My approach to therapy

Would you like to gain a deeper understanding of yourself? I take an insight based and holistic approach to therapy. We can learn to identify patterns in your life, and work together to create new strategies and skills to change them. We can also explore ways to find a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in your life. Tell me about you, and let us work together to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide an environment where you feel safe enough to simply be yourself. You will obtain a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. You will learn to manage and cope with life stressors, or perhaps on a deeper level, heal so that you no longer need to cope. We will continue to evaluate your progress as we continue to work together, and we will change course if we need to. I will help to guide you, but ultimately, you will decide the direction that we go in.
