Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a Master of Social Work from Hunter College, with a focus in Health and Mental Health. I've worked with various age groups, ranging from adolescents to adults and older adults. Working mostly with adjustment disorder, relational trauma, depression and anxiety.

I have training with DBT practices which helps my therapeutic skills for mindfulness, distress tolerance and emotional regulation.

My approach to therapy

I believe that the way forward requires us to go within. I am passionate about understanding, helping my clients to understand themselves and the relationships around them with the aim of creating balance in their inner world and working toward alignment with their most authentic selves.

What you can expect from me

I believe that discomfort is a valuable skill that helps us understand what needs attention. My goal is to empower clients to engage in honest, deep and meaningful inquiry of their own thoughts, feelings, behaviors and relationships, to create growth and meaningful connection.

Growth is a lifelong journey. My aim is to support clients in navigating perhaps the toughest moments of that journey with warmth, curiosity and a safe space to explore yourself.
