I have worked with people with a variety of experiences that led them to seek counseling. It can be scary to think about exploring these things with another person and Purpose Counseling is grateful for the opportunity to provide support as you consider ways to move forward..

I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship can provide space for any kind of healing that clients may need, and expect that meaningful therapeutic work can take time and effort. I am passionate about supporting people with improving relationships with others. I have training in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT, Solution-Focused therapy, and other evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Typically, therapy goals seek to improve overall sense of self and a deeper sense of belonging.
