Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey with experience as a School Counselor and Director of School Counseling Services. I work with adults navigating ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, mood disorders, and trauma, with a focus on executive functioning (organization, flexibility, and impulse control) and self-esteem. As a clinician of color and first-generation immigrant, I offer an intersectionality-informed space to explore and develop practical strategies for lasting change. Sessions are available in English and Korean.

My approach to therapy

My approach is analytical and solution-oriented. I help clients understand their internal and external patterns in daily life. Using these insights, we work on reducing avoidance and compulsive behaviors while improving executive function and self-esteem.

What you can expect from me

Our first session explores your history, what brings you to therapy, and any questions you may have.
