My name is Chaim, and I am an LMHC and LPC. As I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma (C-PTSD), low self-esteem, confidence challenges, and relationship difficulties. My approach integrates evidence-based treatments with genuine compassion, helping clients understand the roots of their struggles while building practical skills for lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with Trauma and Complex PTSD. I believe that many people experience trauma at some point in their lives, though it often goes unnoticed or unaddressed. Because these experiences frequently emerge within the family setting, I take a holistic approach—supporting individuals, couples, and families as they heal and grow together.

In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR and IFS to enhance the therapeutic experience and promote meaningful, measurable growth. My goal is to help clients achieve a greater sense of balance, healing, and overall quality of life.
