Great to meet you!

I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to aid them in better understanding themselves, their purpose, and ways to execute. I believe that one must have an understanding of how to best care for themselves in order to be of service to their community; and that starts with one's own mental health. It is a pleasure for me to see when a client finds understanding and joy in their own sense of self and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your experiences.

Taking a collaborative, strengths-based approach evidence-based interventions such as: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). Together, we’ll identify unhelpful patterns, build practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and develop tools that support lasting growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

My goal as a therapist is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe expressing themselves openly. Together, we will explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop meaningful strategies for growth in everyday life. I strive to empower clients to build resilience, gain insight, and experience a sense of accomplishment as they make progress toward their mental health goals and overall well-being.
