Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Challee!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with children (ages 6+), teens, and adults. I specialize in trauma, ADHD, and perinatal mental health, including postpartum depression and anxiety. Whether you're working through difficult experiences, trying to manage an ADHD brain, adjusting to life after having a baby, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I'm here to help.

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself. We'll absolutely tackle the hard stuff, but that doesn't mean every session has to feel heavy. I believe healing and laughter can exist in the same room, and I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and genuinely enjoy showing up each week.

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same, so I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while building practical skills they can use in everyday life.

I'm the kind of therapist who will challenge you when you need it, cheer you on when you're making progress, and remind you to give yourself the same compassion you'd give everyone else. My goal is to help you feel empowered—not judged.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share your entire life story in one appointment. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you've been struggling with, and what you hope to get out of our work together.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. My goal is for you to leave that first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful—with a clearer picture of where we're headed and a plan that feels realistic for you. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are.
