Great to meet you!

Hello,

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. My goal as a therapist is to support you in your journey to regain trust in your unique strengths and overcome life's challenging situations, and help you make your life happier and more meaningful. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive.

I have been in practice for over a decade, and work with a wide range of conditions including trauma, depression and complex life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I believe that everyone has a unique way of healing. Once we decide to embark on that healing journey together, you will learn to connect to your authentic self, find your strengths and feel more confident in your choices and more able to move towards a happier, fuller life.

In my sessions I use a holistic approach, and combination of evidence based methods, somatic approaches and creativity. I have extensive training in supporting survivors of sexual assault, and in trauma informed care. I am also trained in Brain-spotting (BSP); an innovative therapy method for clearing trauma, remove emotional barriers, and achieve performance goals.

What you can expect from me

In your first session we will explore together what are you hopes from therapy. You will start sharing your story and I will listen to you with care and curiosity. Then we will start thinking together about how we move forward to achieve your goals.
